• 1 tbsp Carrier Oil (Olive, Jojoba, Coconut, etc.)

2. Cover entire scalp with the mixture and massage it for 5 minutes to improve blood circulation.
3. Apply for at least 30 minutes and then rinse it out with your shampoo.

Avocado and Honey Hair Mask

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1–2 tbsp of honey
  • 3–5 tbsp of olive oil

 

Method
1. Blend all the ingredients very smoothly
2. Apply to your hair and scalp, focus on the hair tips and the most damaged part.
3. Apply for 30 – 60 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

Besides the nourishing power of avocado, olive oil has excellent conditioning properties. Honey, on the other hand, is a humectant which helps seal water into the hair shaft, curbing moisture loss.
